Terms of service
Effective May 3, 2026
The short version
Use LaunchedPost in good faith. Don't use it for spam, hate, illegal content, or to impersonate someone. Pay for what you use. Cancel any time. The service is provided as-is during the founder cohort while we ship features.
Subscription & billing
- Founder cohort price ($39/mo or $349/year) is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription, even after we raise standard prices.
- The 7-day free trial requires a valid payment method. We don't charge during the trial. Cancel any time before day 8 and you won't be charged.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Refunds within 30 days of first paid charge, no questions asked.
Acceptable use
- No content that violates platform policies (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, etc.)
- No deceptive impersonation, harassment, or hate speech
- No automation that violates third-party terms (e.g., publishing rate limits)
- No reverse-engineering or scraping the service
- No reselling without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You own the content you send and the drafts we generate from it. We use your content only to provide the service (generate drafts, train your private voice model). We never use your content to train cross-customer models.
Founder cohort caveats
During the founder cohort, you get early access in exchange for understanding that:
- Some features are still rolling out
- Voice tuning is partially manual for the first 100 customers
- The shared WhatsApp line is invitation-only during launch week
- Bugs happen — please tell us when they do
Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it during the founder cohort. We'll credit your account proportionally for any extended outages.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. In no event will LaunchedPost's liability exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
