The short version

We collect the minimum we need to run your subscription, send you content drafts, and contact you. We don't sell your data, ever. We use trusted third parties (Stripe, Resend, Meta WhatsApp, Anthropic) and they each have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

Email address (waitlist + onboarding)
Name, niche, and a writing sample (onboarding form)
WhatsApp messages you send to your private LaunchedPost line, plus AI-generated drafts we return
Billing information processed by Stripe (we never see your card number)
Anonymous page analytics via Vercel (aggregate only — no personal identifiers)

How we use it

Generate social media drafts in your voice
Email you account, billing, and product updates
Improve the product (anonymized usage patterns)
Comply with legal obligations

Your rights

Email hello@launchedpost.com to access, export, correct, or delete your data. We'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.

Changes to this policy

We'll email you if we make material changes. The “Effective” date above always reflects the latest version.
